Winter months can wreak havoc on your locks, filling them with static and leaving hair looking dull and dry. Use a dryer sheet to tame static hair by smoothing it over your entire head going from root to ends. To avoid getting static altogether, rub or place the dryer sheets on your brushes and combs before using them on your hair. Be sure to deep condition at least once a week to keep your locks looking shiny and healthy.
Tip 2: Braids = Waves
Section your slightly damp hair into 6-10 sections depending on the thickness of your hair and intensity of waves desired. French braid each section starting as close to the scalp as possible before heading to bed. In the morning, take down your braids and use hair spray to finish your sexy look!
